What to have ready before an offer, before signing and before the withdrawal period ends.

1. Bank pre-approval and a budget that includes rate rises
2. Own buyer's adviser engaged
3. Condition report, electrical report and energy label read
4. Registered easements and local plan checked
5. Insurance offer and seller's half premium confirmed
6. Lawyer's and financing clauses with dates in the agreement
7. End date of the withdrawal period noted
8. Insurance and move arranged for handover day
